Miracle League of Plymouth (MLP)

The Miracle League of Plymouth is a registered non-profit organization (EIN 45-3749494) dedicated to providing children with physical and mental disabilities an opportunity to play organized baseball. This league is non-competitive with all players getting to bat and circle the bases each inning. The mission of the MLP is to enrich our community by providing education and social development through high quality recreation programs - including baseball for individuals with special needs and their families. We also foster peer relationships through players and “buddy” interactions so that barriers to friendship are removed. The MLP is about making new friends, building self-esteem, and being treated just like other kids! All kids should have a chance to play baseball and make friends! $1000 donation would sponsor many of these kids to be able to play and make field improvements. *Nominees must be a 501(c)(3) organization, associated with an accredited educational institution or a recognized community support organization serving the communities within Community Financial's field of membership. Entries will be reviewed by a panel of Community Financial team members and will be awarded based upon the judges own evaluation and discretion. All decisions of the panel are final.
