How to Activate Your New Card!

Three options to get your card ready to starting using on March 20!

Log in to your digital banking. Find the account associated with your card and select "Card Services", pick your new card and "Activate Card", after providing some quick information about your card press "Activate". You're all set!
Call 1-800-631-3197 the TOLL-FREE number located on your new card to activate and set up your new PIN.
Give us a call at (877) 937-2328. Press "3" to jump right to our card services menu and select "Activate Your Card". You'll be directed to a prompt to activate your new card.

If you have not already, set up your new PIN by calling 888-886-0083.

Important Dates

3/13 – 3/20 ACTIVATION PERIOD

Cards are delivered, and ready to activate.

You may activate your new card as early as March 13. The first 320 members to activate their cards by 3.20 (see what we did there?) will win $100!
Just remember, your new card will not start working until March 20 – even if activated early.
To activate it, call the number provided with your new card and provide the requested info OR activate within your digital banking! It should only take a few minutes.

3/20 NEW CARDS IN USE

Out with the old, in with the new.

Your new card will be ready to use March 20! Make sure your new card is activated to avoid service interruption.
Your old card will stop working after March 20, whether your new card is activated or not. We suggest destroying that old card on this date as well.
