How To Enable This Benefit
No, Credit Score is entirely free and within the Community Financial mobile banking app, upon activation.
No! This service uses soft inquiries, which don’t affect credit scores. Likewise, the Credit Score Simulator is meant to be used as an informational guide and also does not impact credit.
Each credit bureau has its own process for correcting incorrect information. For TransUnion, you can “File a Dispute” through Credit Score by clicking the “Dispute” link within the app’s credit report. To fix information at other credit bureaus, contact the appropriate bureau and file a dispute.
When regularly accessing your digital banking, your credit score will update every 7 days. You can also refresh your score and pull a full report every 24 hours by clicking “Refresh Score” and navigating to the detailed credit score dashboard.
