Our history
Making members feel like Enuff since the beginning.

They decided that if they couldn’t find that devotion to Relentless Care elsewhere, then they would help each other—so the Daisy Employees Federal Credit Union was born. As a credit union, members were also part owners, and had a say in how it would operate.
Their focus on serving the community was relentless—and that hasn’t changed. It took grit to get started; no one took a salary, and in August 1951, they earned just $1 in interest against $55 in expenses. But they never wavered. Every dollar, every decision, every effort was driven by a belief that people deserved better.
We’ve expanded since then, and our name has changed throughout the years, but we’re still carrying the torch as a for-impact financial institution that those Daisy employees lit years ago. The relentless devotion to personal service and dedication to community impact are just as important today as they were back then. Because, while times change, our purpose of creating joy and igniting Michiganders’ Impossible Dreams stays true—driving us to build a brighter, more hopeful future every day.

Help is available now. See how we’re helping Michiganders find food support, make the most of every dollar, and keep moving forward.

Michigan is known for hockey. But here’s something you might not know—none of our universities have a varsity-level women’s hockey program. We think it’s time that changed.

A new space. A familiar spirit. Our West Bloomfield branch is officially open—and it’s built to bring more connection, joy, and Belonging to a community we love.
