OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
Check your browser. Community Financial's eBanking supports the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge. Internet Explorer 11 is not supported.
Each joint account owner (ages 13 and older) will have their own unique login/password. No more shared information.
Existing scheduled external transfers (previously called FI to FI Transfers) will be available in the new eBanking. If you do not have any scheduled transactions, you will need to establish your external account links.
After completing registration, members will see their full account relationship listed, including: joint, family, and other accounts they are on.
UPGRADES THAT MAKE BANKING EASIER!
Our eBanking and Mobile Banking app have powerful NEW FEATURES and a simple user experience that is the same across all your devices.
External Transfers
It's easier than ever to send money to/from Community Financial and your linked external accounts using online banking. These can now be completed in the mobile app as well!
My $ Manager
Track your spending, create budgets, and set savings goals with our new Personal Financial Management tool, My $ Manager. Also, link external accounts so you can manage your money all in one place!
Save money when you transfer your loan or credit card balances to Community Financial. Complete an easy transfer, with no balance transfer fees, by taking a photo of your payment coupon or statement from your other financial institution.
Alerts
Receive alert notifications for your accounts for things like balance summaries, transaction size, login attempts, password resets, and more!
Mobile Banking Upgrades
Online and mobile banking will be fully integrated, resulting in an easier user experience. You'll be able to use the mobile app to apply for loans, open new accounts, view eStatements, and more!
Customization Tools
The new eBanking allows for more customization in how you want your banking to look. You'll be able to group, hide, and rename accounts for a better viewing experience.
Yes. Our new service links your online and mobile banking experience, so you will only need to register once to establish your unique username and password. We will use your contact information on file to validate your ID so, if needed, be sure to update your email and cell phone number before registering.
With the update, all account owners will register independently and create their own unique username and password for eBanking and Mobile. These individual logins allow the system to track who is transacting on the account and only allow access to those with authorization.
Only consumer accounts can be aggregated under one username and password. Each business owner and authorized signer on the account will need to register separately with a unique username and password. This separation keeps your accounts more secure and will help you manage your business accounts.
It is best to use the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge. Internet Explorer is no longer supported by Microsoft and is not a supported browser for eBanking.
All of your accounts will be available under one login. eBanking lets you arrange your accounts the way you want to see them and edit your view at any time. eBanking will remember your settings and display them this way on our Mobile app as well.
First, you can set your account overview to display as lists or boxes.
Then, you can group accounts using categories you create, like Deposits, Loans, or Family. Once your groups are created, you can drag and drop your accounts on the Accounts Overview page by clicking on the dotted line:
Finally, you can "Hide" any account that you are not using.
If you are using the mobile app and can’t see or access specific accounts for features like Mobile Deposit, Card Controls, or ePay, you might need to switch the account you are viewing. You can see the last 4 digits of the account you are currently viewing by looking in the top right corner. There are 2 ways to switch accounts.
Go to the main menu and find the “Switch Member Account” option to select the account you want to view.
Go to the Account Balance screen and click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner. The Switch Account option will pop up.
Our bill pay service, ePay, has not changed. All your payees will be available to you in both eBanking and the Mobile App. If you are a new ePay user, you will first need to enroll within eBanking.
Existing scheduled external account transfers (previously called FI to FI Transfers) will be available in the new eBanking. If you do not have any scheduled transactions, you will need to establish your external account links in our new eBanking.
The External Loan Transfer feature is an easy new way to transfer outstanding balances to your Community Financial credit card or home equity line of credit. Simply upload a picture of your payment statement or enter the information in, and our team will facilitate the payoff of your high-rate bills to your credit union loan. You will receive updates on the process via email.
You can pay your mortgage in several ways using eBanking. One way is setting up a direct deposit to your CFCU savings or checking account and then making a transfer from that account to your mortgage payment. Use our ACH Change Request under the Forms tab.
You can also set up a recurring External Transfer from a non-CFCU account to your credit union checking or savings account several days BEFORE your mortgage payment is due. Then, transfer the funds from your Community Financial deposit account to your mortgage on its due date.
My $ Manager is our new Personal Financial Management tool that allows you to categorize your spending, create budgets, and set savings goals. This tool can help you become more financially fit.
Our new eBanking will let you establish and manage email and text alerts, but they will need to be added to each of your accounts or loans in eBanking or the Mobile App. Security alerts, such as changes to your username or password, are automatically set to send an email alert to your email on file.
