Fraud Alerts
We’re dedicated to keeping our members and their money protected, so all Community Financial Mastercard® debit and credit cards are automatically enrolled in receiving fraud alerts.
If we need to contact you, we will NEVER ask for personal, account, or card information. This includes card numbers, PINs, security codes, login information, etc. Please do not give this information out to anyone.
Trust your gut. If you’re ever unsure about a phone call, please hang up and call us directly at (877) 937-2328 to ensure that you’re speaking with a real Community Financial team member. Avoid clicking on links in text messages and emails if you do not recognize the sender’s information.

*World Mastercard Credit card holders can earn additional points for purchases made at retail stores and either restaurant or on grocery made between October 1-December 31, 2025. Qualifying retail purchases will receive 3X points with a cap of $750 spending. Qualifying restaurant and grocery will receive 5X points with a cap of $750 spending. Once cap is met, member will earn normal 1.5X points. Members will see their additional earned points within 1-3 business days of transaction through digital banking.
