Blue Ox Chapter Tornado Relief Grant Application

Credit union members, who are residents of Otsego County and sustained severe damages resulting from the tornado and storm of May 20, 2022, are eligible to apply for a $500 grant from the Blue Ox Chapter of Credit Unions. One grant per household. Funds are limited and will be granted on a first come, first served basis.

All applicants must:

Be a member of a Blue Ox Chapter Credit Union in good standing.*

- HPC Credit Union
- North Central Area Credit Union
- Northland Area Federal Credit Union
- Straits Area Federal Credit Union
- Wolverine State Credit Union
Be a member of a Blue Ox Chapter Credit Union prior to May 20, 2022.
Have incurred severe damage (of at least $500) to primary, residential home or vehicle.
Be 18 years or older.

*Credit Union employees, Board/Committee members and their immediate family are not eligible to apply.
