2004 Scholarship Winners

The Community Financial Scholarship Fund is proud to support community-minded members with annual scholarships. This Scholarship Fund is in it's 17th year and has awarded over $60,000 to college bound students. Scholarships are granted to outstanding credit union members who demonstrated high honors in school while contributing to their community.  

Congratulations to these students who demonstrate the credit union's "People Helping People" Philosophy.

Each of the following received a $1,000 Margaret Dunning Scholarship:

  • Cassandra Cope, Gaylord High School
  • Colin Sanders, Gaylord High School
  • Elaine Williams, Novi High School
  • Brian Renner, Novi High School
  • Laura Kempa, Ladywood High School
  • Reeva Patel, Salem High School
  • Ian Waldo, Novi Christian

Each of the following received a $1,000 George Lawton Memorial Scholarship:

  • Sheena Joychan, Ladywood High School
  • Michele Sauter-Portelli, Eastern Michigan University
