Internet Bill Pay is a great way to manage your bills and save money. You establish a list of payees, then decide how much and when to send the payments. You can include both companies and individuals in your personalized payee list. Plus, you'll be able to review pending payments and histories with a click of the mouse.
This service is free to all members* but you'll need to enroll to get started. Simply print a PDF copy of our Bill Payment Enrollment Form and fax it to (734) 582-8905. A signed agreement is required before activation of the Bill Pay option.
eStatements are Easy!
Save time, money & the enviorment by signing up to receive your account statements electronically. You can view, print and download your deposit, loan and line of credit loans safe & secure though WebPB. Chick to learn more.
Secure Email
Another feature of our Internet Banking Service is a password protected email. This special email account operates inside our secured WebPB environment. Encrypted communications can only be sent & received between you and our call center. You can use this service to open new accounts or ask questions. Please note, Community Financial will not request or share personal information over typical email channels. See our Identity Theft Tips for details.
Instructions for new WebPB users:
1. Enter your Community Financial account number without any suffixes.
2. Your PIN was set up when you opened your account. If you do not know your PIN, call us at (734) 453-1200, or (877) 937-2328, toll free.
3. Account information is current and transfers will take effect immediately.
4. When finished, please exit out of the secured screens using the exit prompt. This will take you back to our home page. Since we have a limited number of concurrent user connections, it is important that you log off when finished.
5. WebPB sessions are designed to automatically log you off after 30 minutes. After 30 minutes you will need to log in again.
