Assistant Branch Manager, Plymouth MI - Community Financial is seeking a full-time Assistant Branch Manager for its Plymouth location. This leadership position guides branch office staff in providing outstanding quality service to members and assists in the daily operation of the branch, ensuring profitability and growth.

 

The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills. A Bachelor's Degree or three years related experience in the financial industry as well as three years retail sales management experience preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as PC proficiency are a must.

This is a full-time position, 40 hrs/wk, Mon - Sat, with a day off during the week. Yearly pay range is $34,184 - $40,975, dependent on experience and skills. The selected candidate will receive a benefit package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Short and Long Term Disability, Life, 401(k), as well as paid time off.

Mortgage Sales Assistant (PT) Community Financial is seeking a part-time Mortgage Sales Assistant for its Plymouth, MI, location. The Mortgage Sales Assistant supports the Mortgage Department with data entry, phone calls, marketing and member follow-up, and other various tasks allowing sales personnel to remain focused on obtaining new loans. The successful candidate will possess strong written and oral communication skills, good computer skills, with previous mortgage experience a plus, and be able to work within a flexible schedule. This is a part-time position, 15-20 hrs/wk varying within business hours of 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Mon-Fri), based on Mortgage Department needs. Pay range is $13.17- $15.81/hr, dependent on experience and skills.

IT Generalist, Plymouth Office - Community Financial is seeking an IT Generalist for its Plymouth MI location. The IT Generalist performs scheduled operations work for the Information Technology department, such as completing back-ups of critical systems, and scheduling daily core system jobs. This position provides Information Technology support to Credit Union staff, and prepares system documentation. The position is also responsible for the upgrades and maintenance of the Credit Union's intranet server software. The IT Generalist serves as the primary contact for PC related support issues and maintains the paging system, board document server, intranet, uninterrupted power supply system, and auxiliary power generator.

The successful candidate will possess an intermediate knowledge of PC hardware and software, basic knowledge of Microsoft's SQL and Sharepoint, and programming knowledge and experience.  Working conditions may require lifting up to 75 pounds, after hours work, with occasional in-state travel. This is a full-time position, 40 hrs/wk (Mon-Fri). Pay range is $16.43-$19.70/hr, dependent on experience and skills.
