Quality Assurance Specialist (Full-Time)Community Financial Members Federal Credit Union is seeking a full-time Quality Assurance Specialist for its Plymouth, MI, location. This position is responsible for the efficient facilitation of quality assurance processes as directed/developed by the Leadership Team, Board and Supervisory Committee of Community Financial with a high level of confidentiality and discretion to ensure investigations, and the information discovered therein, are handled appropriately.
The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills as well as strong analytical and problem solving skills. The ability to work independently with little supervision and creatively handle multiple tasks will contribute to success in this position. Intermediate to advanced PC/Database experience with MS Excel along with Access or Crystal Reports, or other database/query analysis software experience required. High school diploma or equivalent is required. The Quality Assurance Specialist is a full-time position, 37.5hrs/wk, Mon - Fri
This position requires some travel between branch locations, generally several times per month for monitoring of various internal controls. Some of these visits must be done before or after business hours. During audits, examinations and Supervisory Committee meetings, it may be necessary to work before and after normal business hours. Hourly pay range is $17.32/hr to $21.67/hr dependent on experience and skills. The selected candidate will receive a benefit package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Short and Long Term Disability, Life, 401(k), as well as paid time off.
