Community Financial is pleased to assist local non-profit groups with low cost financial services though our Community Club. We are proud to offer hundreds of organizations the following:

Based on their account balances, non-profit organizations may also qualify for Advantage, Sterling and President's Clubs. Or, they can sign up for the benefits of our e-Club.

Documentation needed for non-profit accounts

It is easy to open a Community Club account, just provide copies of the following documents:

  • Bylaws or corporate papers establishing the non profit organization
  • Tax ID number and the tax exempt letter from the State of Michigan or the IRS
  • Articles of Incorporation or Resolution to Incorporate (if applicable)
  • A Community Financial Signature Card documenting all the parties
    authorized to transact on the account
